Devon Rogers has attended West Tulsa all of his life and became our lead pastor in 2023. In 2010, he married Amber and now has three children, Randi, Cavon, and Brynleigh. They have always enjoyed serving in several areas of the church, including the worship team, teaching, and other leadership positions. Together, they have made a huge impact on the youth of our church and our community by serving as mentors and foster parents. Devon has also made a tremendous impact in our community through his leadership and community relationships. Devon has a B.A. from Randall University and a M.A. from Moody Bible Institute. Together, Devon and Amber have a passion for connecting our community to a body of believers who share the love of Christ through our various ministries.

David and Lacresha have a nonprofit organization called Refocus Ministries in Sand Springs. Its mission is to assist the church in refocusing upward through worship and refocusing inward through discipleship. His heart for West Tulsa dates back to his early years in ministry, when he worked with the youth and children's departments in 1973. He has a passion for preaching and training the next generation of leaders to impact the community for Christ.
Joel Summers met his wife Tara at West Tulsa and were high school sweethearts. After marrying, they served at a church in Sand Springs for a few years before coming back to serve at West Tulsa. They have 5 children with ages ranging from pre-school to adult. Besides leading the youth, Joel serves as a deacon and sound technician. His wife, Tara, also teaches young adults and serves in a dual role as Worship Director and Outreach Coordinator. They both have a passion for teaching teens and young adults and feel led to close the generational gap within the body of Christ and the surrounding community.
Tara Summers is passionate about people, worship, and seeing lives changed through the love of Jesus. She has a genuine heart for serving others and carries a deep burden to reach our community in meaningful and lasting ways. Her love for outreach reflects her desire to see the church actively making a difference beyond its walls. Tara has a heart to connect with local churches, schools, and organizations to bring hope and encouragement to our city.
