Lead Pastor
Devon Rogers has attended West Tulsa all of his life. In 2010 he married Amber, and now has three children, Randi, Cavon, and Brynleigh. They have always enjoyed serving in several areas of the church including the worship team, teaching, and other leadership positions. Together they have made a huge impact on the youth of our church and our community by serving as mentors and foster parents. Devon has also made a tremendous impact in our community through his leadership in our monthly food pantry. Together, Devon and Amber have a passion for connecting our community to a body of believers who share the love of Christ through our various ministries.
Senior Teaching Pastor
David Archer has been serving in the local church for 50 years. He prepared for ministry at Hillsdale FWB College and later earned his M.A. in Ministry at Moody Bible Institute. He formerly pastored in Garland, TX as well as in several churches throughout Oklahoma - Tulsa, Cushing, Glenpool, and Edmond. He also served for 8 years as a professor at Hillsdale FWB College. David and Lacresha have a nonprofit organization called Refocus Ministries. It's mission is assisting the church in refocusing upward through worship and refocusing inward through discipleship. His heart for West Tulsa goes back to his early years in ministry working with the youth and children's departments under Connie Cariker's leadership in 1973. David recently became the senior adult and teaching pastor at West Tulsa. He has a passion for preaching and training the next generation of leaders at our church to impact the community for Christ.
Pastor of WT Student Ministry
Joel and Tara met at West Tulsa and were high school sweethearts. After marrying, they served at a church in Sand Springs for a few years before coming back to serve at West Tulsa. They have 5 children with ages ranging from pre-school to adult, and they recently welcomed a son-in-law into their family. Besides leading the youth, Joel serves as a deacon and sound technician, and Tara teaches young adults, serves on the worship team, and runs the West Tulsa community clothing closet. They both have a passion for teaching teens and young adults and feel led to close the generational gap within the body of Christ and the surrounding community.
Pastor of WT Kids Ministry
Larry Goldesberry is husband to Darci and father to Katherine and Lincoln. He and Darci are very involved in several ministries of our church. They have a heart for our student and children's ministries, along with a desire to impact our community for Christ. He also works hard to keep our facilities looking beautiful by making necessary repairs and updates around our campus.
